Spend Wise Effective: February 28, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how Bloomix ID ("we", "us", or "our") handles information in relation to the Spend Wise mobile application ("the App"). We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about our practices.

1. Information We Collect

We do not collect any personal information. Spend Wise is designed to operate entirely offline and does not require an internet connection to function. The App does not:

  • Collect or transmit any personal data
  • Require user registration or account creation
  • Track your location or usage behavior
  • Use cookies, analytics, or advertising trackers
  • Connect to any external servers or APIs

2. Data Storage

All data you enter into Spend Wise — including transactions, categories, and preferences — is stored locally on your device using SQLite database technology. This means:

  • Your financial data never leaves your device
  • No data is sent to our servers or any third-party servers
  • Only you have access to your financial information
  • Data persists only on the device where the App is installed

3. Third-Party Services

Spend Wise does not integrate with any third-party services that collect user data. The App does not include:

  • Analytics services (e.g., Google Analytics, Firebase Analytics)
  • Advertising networks or ad SDKs
  • Social media integrations
  • Crash reporting services that collect personal data

4. Data Export

The App includes a feature to export your transaction data to CSV format. When you use this feature:

  • The exported file is created and stored locally on your device
  • You have full control over where and how you share the exported file
  • We do not have access to your exported data

5. Data Deletion

You can delete your data at any time through the following methods:

  • Within the App: Delete individual transactions using swipe gestures, or clear all data from the Settings screen
  • Uninstalling the App: Removing the App from your device will permanently delete all associated data stored locally

6. Children's Privacy

Spend Wise is not specifically directed at children under the age of 13. Since we do not collect any personal information from any user, we do not knowingly collect data from children. The App can be safely used by users of all ages as no data leaves the device.

7. Security

Since all data is stored locally on your device and never transmitted over the internet, the security of your data is tied to the security of your device itself. We recommend:

  • Using a screen lock (PIN, pattern, fingerprint, or face unlock) on your device
  • Keeping your device's operating system up to date
  • Regularly backing up your data using the CSV export feature

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Effective Date." We encourage you to review this page periodically for any updates.
